This is the first year since we've been married that I had the chance to actually cook a good portion of the Thanksgiving dinner. We invited some of our friends over (there were 25 of us total) and had a very yummy meal. We pretty much filled up our whole dinning/living room area. The only disaster of the day occured when our monster 26 lb. turkey's juices spilled over the pan and started burning on the bottom of the oven, smoking up the kitchen. We managed to get the turkey out, drain the juice, and clean out the oven and start again. Mostly it was fun to eat and hang out. We also took Isaac to the park, which he loves and got some really cute pictures.

Looks like an awesome dinner! I love that you have the huge table for everyone to sit at. you are so good at hosting!
Wow!! You had a ton of people!! What an accomplished chef you must be to cook and prepare all of that food-- your first Thanksgiving dinner-- what an accomplishment!!
What a great dinner! And I really loved the "Give Thanks" signs you had up! Congrats on the first big Thanksgiving meal!
What a big, fun group! So sad that the whole group is moving soon :(
