Camping

Last weekend we took the boys camping for the first time. It was kind of hot and the gnats were annoying, but we had fun nonetheless. Isaac loved being constantly outside. He loved

playing in the tent, roasting marshmellows, finding rocks, and all the other great stuff that comes with camping. Night time was a little difficult first of all because Isaac doesn't like to sleep unless it's dark and 9:00pm is about 2 hours after bed time. Secondly, when we finally did get him to sleep, the neighbors decided to light off some fire crackers which totally freaked him out. Nathan slept pretty well through the whole thing, but it was somewhat of a sleepless night. In the morning we packed up and drove out to Lake of the Ozarks to explore. It was a really pretty area and we hope to go back sometime soon to do some camping there!
